About this event
Dragonfly Hot Yoga, Delta Beer Lab, and Miggy's Bakes are collaborating to host an all-levels bodyweight Yoga Up™ class inside the Delta Beer Lab’s brew room. Participants will practice yoga among craft beverage tanks, then enjoy a pint of their choice and sweets from Miggy's Bakes. The event is limited to 24 spots, including the class, one pint, and cookies. Attendees should bring a yoga mat and water.
