Pride House LA and West Hollywood will host 'There’s No Crying at Pride,' an outdoor screening of the movie 'A League of Their Own' at the Autry Museum in Griffith Park on Saturday, June 21, 2026. The event celebrates women and out athletes in sports, featuring a full evening of celebration including a DJ dance party, silent auction, food trucks, a full bar, special guests, and live entertainment. Proceeds support LGBTQ+ inclusive programming and the Out Athlete Fund, benefiting LGBTQ+ athletes training for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles. Attendees are encouraged to bring low chairs or blankets, picnic-style seating, and outside food. The movie, a 1992 sports comedy-drama directed by Penny Marshall, highlights the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League and aligns with the mission of the beneficiary organizations.
