Join an LGBTQ+ yoga session suitable for all levels, including beginners. The class focuses on building core strength, improving balance, increasing flexibility, and connecting with your breath. It combines dynamic sequences and calming postures to promote physical and mental well-being. Participants are advised to wear comfortable, breathable clothing, bring an extra layer for relaxation, and a water bottle. Yoga mats are provided, with changing rooms and water refill stations available.
