About this event
Join us for a 45-minute LGBTQ+ studio cycle workout at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub, burning calories while listening to WLQP pop playlists. Suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners and seasoned gym-goers. Please arrive early to set up on your bike; changing rooms and lockers are available. Bring a towel and water bottle. The session aims to improve lower body strength and cardiovascular fitness.
