Queer Kizomba: 6-Week Progressive Course

Join The Blacker the Berry Project for a 6-week course exploring Kizomba, a sensual Angolan dance, reimagined through a queer and inclusive lens. Led by Tsunami Tânia, the course offers a welcoming space for all levels to learn the fundamentals of this dance and its cultural significance, emphasizing creativity and community. The sessions are part of London LGBTQ+ Community Centre's Black History Month program, supported by Southwark Council, and are designed to build confidence and skills progressively, with priority given to Black LGBTQ+ individuals.
