Spectra’s Empowerment and Support programme offers a peer-led online group for individuals who identify as non-binary or trans. The session provides a safe and welcoming space to meet, discuss, and support each other, addressing issues such as social isolation, stigma, prejudice, and transphobia that can impact mental health. The event is scheduled for July 22, 2026, from 17:30 to 19:30.
