Spectra’s Empowerment and Support programme offers a peer-led online group for individuals who identify as non-binary or trans. The session provides a safe and welcoming space to meet like-minded people, discuss issues such as social isolation, stigma, prejudice, and transphobia, and explore support strategies. The event aims to address mental health challenges and foster community connection.
