A weekly strength and conditioning class suitable for all levels, focusing on full-body workouts including mat work and body weight exercises. The class aims to support balance, strength, and coordination through steady, controlled movements. It benefits those starting with strength training, looking to improve performance, or returning to fitness, complementing other training like sports or marathons. Facilitated by LGBTQ+ focused coach Lianne, with experience in trauma-informed holistic work, participants are encouraged to consult healthcare providers before exercising. The class is held at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre, located at 60-62 Hopton Street, Thames Path, Bankside, London.
