Spectra’s Empowerment and Support programme offers a peer-led online space for individuals who identify as non-binary or trans to meet, discuss, and support each other. The group addresses issues such as social isolation, stigma, prejudice, and transphobia, aiming to promote mental well-being in a safe and welcoming environment.
