Spectra’s Empowerment and Support programme offers a peer-led online group for individuals who identify as non-binary or trans. The session provides a safe and welcoming space to meet, discuss, and support each other, addressing issues such as social isolation, stigma, prejudice, and transphobia that can impact mental health and well-being.
