Spectra’s Empowerment and Support programme offers a peer-led Non-Binary and Trans Online Group for individuals on the trans and non-binary spectrum to meet, discuss, and support each other in a safe, welcoming environment. The session addresses issues such as social isolation, stigma, prejudice, and transphobia, which can impact mental health and well-being.
