Spectra is hosting an online 'Living Well' workshop series for individuals living, working, or socializing in Croydon. The series consists of four sessions covering topics such as understanding diagnosis, treatment, U=U (Undetectable=Untransmittable), disclosure, stigma, sex and relationships, and aging with HIV. The workshops aim to empower participants with tools to make informed decisions in a stigma-free environment. The event on March 9, 2026, from 18:00 to 20:00, is part of this series and provides valuable information for both newly diagnosed and long-term individuals living with HIV.
