Join the Lesbians Talk Issues Reading Group on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at Old Nunshead, London (15 Nunhead Green, SE15 3QQ). This session will focus on reading and discussing the pamphlet 'Lesbians Talk Detonating the Nuclear Family' by Julia Brosnan, the final in a series exploring lesbian and queer politics from the 1990s. Participants can read aloud, listen, or engage in informal discussion about topics such as the nuclear family and lesbian herstory. The event is open to all interested in these issues, with a pay-what-you-can ticket option, suggested at £3, supporting MAP - Medical Aid for Palestine. The event is held upstairs at the venue and is part of a series that aims to provide a space for dissecting current topics within the lesbian community.
