Launching Our Trans Pathway Peer Research

This event marks the culmination of the Trans Pathway Project, a three-year pilot funded by St Martin-in-the-Fields, aimed at addressing trans youth homelessness in Greater Manchester. The project shares its peer research findings, highlighting the impact of holistic support, community building, and the importance of trans-specific services. The event offers insights into the project's outcomes, including the development of a support model that meets diverse needs and fosters a safe, inclusive environment for trans and non-binary young people aged 18–25.
