Lisboa PoolSharks is an inclusive masters swimming and open-water team based in Lisbon, founded in November 2014 . With about 100 members, it consistently finishes among the top ten teams in national competitions . The club actively promotes equity and inclusion for athletes of all sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, genders and skill levels .
