Electrify: Somatic Healing Retreat

About this event

A somatic healing and yoga retreat aimed at empowering queer and BIPOC communities and leaders, as well as those who care for them. Held at Asha’s Place in Lisbon, the event features practices such as yoga, sound healing, intuitive movement, and reflection to foster connection, healing, and empowerment. Guided by experts Dr. Suzan Ahmed, Paloma Perez, and Melissa Andrada, participants will engage in activities including opening circles, meditation, gentle yoga, sound healing, and group discussions. The retreat is designed for individuals who identify as BIPOC, Queer, or both, and encourages creativity and co-creation in a supportive community setting.
