Bunnies on the Bayou

Join the LGBTQ+ community and allies in Downtown Houston for Bunnies on the Bayou, one of the city's biggest annual LGBTQ+ parties, held on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2026, from 1 pm to 6 pm at Sesquicentennial Park. The event features live music, adult beverages, and a vibrant parade of attendees dressed in colorful costumes and bunny ears. Tickets range from $80 for general admission to $500 for exclusive VIP experiences, including access to the Golden Bunny Garden with private amenities. The event supports charitable, educational, and cultural programs benefiting the Houston LGBT community, having raised over $1.7 million to date. The weekend kicks off with the Hop and Slay Queen Brunch at Chapman & Kirby in East Downtown on April 19, featuring all-you-can-eat brunch, cocktails, and performances.
