About this event
A sustainable brunch series made entirely from surplus food, served at Terrible Baby. This time, the hand behind the menu belongs to Chef Alex Lee, our Executive Chef here at Eaton HK. Chef Alex has spent over two decades in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens: three-Michelin-starred Caprice, Rosewood, The Ritz-Carlton. As Executive Chef at Eaton HK, he leads a team of 50 chefs across our Food Hall, our bars, our kitchens. For this one-day-only feast, he turns what would have been wasted into a Chinese-Western menu built on skill and care. The event includes brunch + live music + cocktails and more.
