Rob Poyton, a highly experienced instructor from the UK, is returning to Geneva for a 3-day workshop titled 'From restriction to freedom.' The event focuses on techniques related to holds, escapes, and immobilizations, as well as exploring inner psychological and emotional restrictions, traumas, and injuries. The workshop will be held in the Charmilles district of Geneva, with sessions on June 11-14, 2026, in various locations including the rhythmics hall at Charmilles School and the gymnasium at Europe School. The event offers early bird pricing until April 20, with full prices thereafter, and will be conducted in English with French translation. Participants are encouraged to arrive early, and reservations are recommended for private lessons or massages.
