Open Book Creative Writing Sessions 2025

A series of free monthly creative writing sessions for LGBTQ+ individuals aged 16 and over in Edinburgh. Delivered in partnership with Open Book Reading, these sessions involve reading stories and poems aloud and creating original writing in a supportive, guided environment led by Jess Orr. The venue is LGBT Health and Wellbeing at Duncan Place, offering accessible facilities including wheelchair access, gender-neutral toilets, and disabled parking. Participants are encouraged to register in advance via Eventbrite, with full access details provided upon registration. The sessions aim to foster community, creativity, and expression within the LGBTQ+ community.
