Preview of new wine list featuring the 2022 Guerila Pinela. This organic wine is hand harvested according to the lunar calendar and then spontaneously fermented before a twelve month maturation in a ‘big traditional oak old wooden barrel’. Unfiltered, fresh minerality, and rich complexity. Available by the glass or bottle.
