The Wilde Stages Queer Theatre Festival, formerly known as the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival, is an annual event celebrating LGBTQ+ theatre with performances from companies across five continents and eight countries. The 2026 festival runs from May 4 to 17, featuring a diverse program including comedy, drama, dance, physical theatre, and musicals. Highlights include productions like 'The Bród, the Bold & the Beautiful' at The Pearse Centre on May 8-9, 'The Enhanced Venus Experiment' at Outhouse from May 11-16, and other performances at The Teachers Club and The Pearse Centre. The festival aims to showcase innovative and thought-provoking queer theatre, offering audiences a vibrant and eclectic cultural experience.
