Together we’ll unpack common myths about tantra, explore its historical and cultural roots, and discuss how mindful intimacy practices can deepen connection with yourself, your partners, and your body. Topics may include: The history and evolution of sacred sexuality practices, Tantra beyond stereotypes and pop culture, Mindfulness, presence, and embodied pleasure, The mind-body connection and nervous system engagement, Ritual, meaning, and the psychology of intention. This is an interactive presentation and Q&A style class. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal or notepad, and everyone will leave with a simple practice to continue exploring at home.
