PFLAG Denver's SOFFA group offers a peer-led support space for those supporting transgender, nonbinary, or gender nonconforming loved ones. The online meeting provides a safe environment to share stories, develop empathy, learn coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Participants can gain perspective, accountability, and community support to navigate their support journey.
