About this event
A certified Silver Sneakers® instructor will lead participants through a series of chair-assisted yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. The event is open to all, and Silver Sneakers® membership is not required. The session takes place both virtually and in person at The Center on Colfax, located at 1301 E. Colfax Ave, Denver, CO. The event occurs every Wednesday, with the next session scheduled for May 13, 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. For registration or questions, contact Bryant Mehay at bmehay@LGBTQColorado.org.
