About this event
A certified Silver Sneakers instructor will lead participants through a series of chair-assisted yoga poses designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and range of movement. This event is open to all, regardless of Silver Sneakers membership. The session is held every Wednesday, starting on June 17, 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, and can be attended either virtually or in person at The Center on Colfax, located at 1301 E.
