Hybrid In-Person/Virtual Silver Sneakers Chair Yoga

About this event
A certified Silver Sneakers® instructor will lead participants through a series of chair-assisted yoga poses designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and range of movement. The event is open to all, regardless of Silver Sneakers® membership. It offers both in-person at The Center on Colfax in Denver and virtual participation. The session occurs every Wednesday at 10:30 AM, starting April 8, 2026, and concludes at 11:30 AM. For registration or questions, contact Bryant Mehay at bmehay@LGBTQColorado.org.
