About
Pan Idræt’s men’s soccer team (Pan Fodbold) was founded in 2000 and competes in regional 7-a-side tournaments. The club fields two teams in local leagues (DBU Copenhagen and DAI) and participates in international LGBT+ tournaments (EuroGames, Hamburg), emphasizing both competitive play and a social community (including post-game events and Pride participation).

Copenhagen Mermates is Pan Idræt’s swimming group. It offers five weekly training sessions of varying difficulty levels and has about 100 LGBTQ+ members (15–30 swimmers per session). The club emphasizes having fun together and is open to all levels (recreational swimmers, competitive swimmers, and beginners). They also hold many social events (season start party, summer party, holiday gatherings) to build community.
Copenhagen Wolves RFC
Copenhagen Wolves RFC is Denmark’s only LGBT+ inclusive rugby team, affiliated with International Gay Rugby. The team has about 50 members from a wide variety of nationalities and skill levels. Playing under the umbrella of Pan Idræt, the Wolves offers an open and welcoming environment where anyone (regardless of experience) is encouraged to join their training sessions.
Pan Idræt (Handball)
Pan Idræt’s handball team welcomes players at both high and low levels. The club emphasizes broad participation, so experienced and new players can both play. The social environment is important; new members and those new to the sport are encouraged to join as a way to build friendships and be part of an inclusive community centered on handball.
