Vanishing Point: Intersecting Planes - a night of contemporary chamber work

A one-hour live orchestral performance by the Vanishing Point Quartet at Dorothy, featuring works that blend contrasting musical traditions and fragmentation, including influences from Renaissance chorale, Gregorian chant, Celtic fiddle tunes, Georgian and Japanese folk songs, heavy metal, Appalachian traditions, and Mozart. The program includes compositions by Kevin Lau, Gabriela Ortiz, Paul Wiancko, Gabriella Smith, and Reena Esmail. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with the performance starting at 7:00 PM. The event is open to guests aged 21 and over, with free RSVP and a $12 cover charge at the door.
