ChiPride Volunteering + Nourishing Hope

About this event

Join other LGBTQ+ and Ally volunteers on August 16, 2025, from 09:00 to 11:30 am CDT at Nourishing Hope in Chicago to help pack home delivery bags/boxes for clients. Volunteers will work in lines sorting produce, dry goods, or dairy/freezer items, with possible box making. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; some lifting required. All volunteers must complete online registration and waiver beforehand. The event aims to support Nourishing Hope's mission of providing food, mental health, and social services to neighbors in need. The location is at 5151 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60640.
