About this event
The Banned Books Book Group discusses books that have been challenged or banned, exploring their themes and the reasons behind their censorship. The group meets in person at Women & Children First in Chicago on the second Monday of each month at 7 PM, with upcoming sessions including discussions on 'The House on Mango Street' on May 11, 2026. Participants are encouraged to join by attending directly or contacting co-facilitator Karlee via email.
