Brighton & Hove Rainbow Run is an annual 5K event held at the start of Pride weekend in Hove Park . Open to LGBTQ+ participants and allies, it raises funds for charities (2025’s charity is Allsorts Youth Project) and celebrates Pride. The run is non-competitive and united by Pride spirit .

BLAGSS Badminton is a mixed-ability doubles club in Brighton. The group welcomes players of all skill levels (from experienced to those who haven’t played for years) and meets Tuesdays 7:30–9:30pm at Brighton Girls School . Typically about 16 players turn up each week, and players are constantly rotated to ensure fun matches for everyone .
Bowling: BLAGSS Tenpin Bowling
BLAGSS Tenpin Bowling is a friendly, fortnightly bowling group in Brighton. The club meets every other Thursday at Hollywood Bowl, Brighton Marina (7:15pm arrival for 7:30 start) . Around 6–12 members play two games each session, with an emphasis on socializing afterwards (often sharing drinks at the alley) . Beginners are welcome and equipment is provided; the first session is free, then regular sessions are £13.86 for members .
Boxing: Brighton LGBT Boxing Club
Brighton LGBT Boxing Club is a queer boxing fitness group meeting weekly on Thursdays (8–9:30pm) at The Stables Gym (Brighton Racecourse) . They offer a free first session (then £5 per class) and no separate gym membership is needed for the class . The club welcomes a wide age range and ability levels; many members just train for fitness, and sparring is optional (available when coaches deem a member ready) .
