Berlin's Christopher Street Day (CSD) is a major LGBTQ+ event happening annually in July, attracting over 700,000 participants. The celebration includes a vibrant parade starting at Kurfürstendamm, passing through Schöneberg—Berlin's historic gay neighborhood—and concluding at Nollendorfplatz. The event features a politically charged pride parade, rallies at Brandenburg Gate, open-air festivities on Strasse des 17. Juni, and a week-long series of club events at renowned venues like Berghain, SchwuZ, and KitKatClub. The festival promotes LGBTQ+ rights, diversity, and community solidarity, with cultural performances, workshops, and parties throughout the city.
