DIGLIT (Denver Independent Gay League in Tenpin) is an LGBTQ+ bowling league in Denver. It is a member of the International Gay Bowling Organization (IGBO), the world’s largest LGBT sports association with hundreds of member leagues worldwide . DIGLIT organizes regular seasons of mixed leagues certified by USBC and provides a welcoming environment for queer bowlers in the Denver area.

CHEER Colorado is a Denver-based queer cheerleading group. It is dedicated to raising spirits and promoting health, wellness, and inclusion in the Colorado LGBTQ+ community. CHEER Colorado performs stunt routines and cheer competitions to raise money for local LGBTQ charities, providing an empowering and visible presence at community events .

Denver Berserkers Football is a 21-and-up American football team for trans-masculine and non-binary players. They play full-contact football (7-on-7 or 11-on-11) in the Denver area and emphasize inclusion of trans individuals. The team is part of the larger Varsity Gay League (OutLoud Sports) network, and they welcome players of any sexual orientation or gender identity, giving them the chance to play football in a supportive environment .

OutLoud Sports is a national queer-inclusive recreational sports organization. In Denver they run coed kickball leagues among other sports. OutLoud Sports welcomes players of all skill levels and identities; their Denver page notes that "players of all skill sets are encouraged to come play" and "everyone is welcome, regardless of sexuality, gender, status, skill..." . Leagues are seasonal and social, providing a fun environment for sports like kickball.

A research and professional development initiative at the University of Colorado Boulder providing education and training for teachers and school administrators on LGBTQ+-inclusive practices in schools. Works to create more affirming educational environments for LGBTQ+ students throughout Colorado.

Provides education and support services for people living with or at risk for HIV and AIDS in Boulder County. Offers testing, prevention resources, case management, and community education serving the LGBTQ+ community and broader population since 1985.

A meditation and spiritual community group meeting monthly in Boulder for LGBTQ+ individuals. Provides a forum to study and practice meditation and Dharma, as well as to contemplate and discuss topics relating to LGBTQ+ identity and spirituality in a supportive setting.

A volunteer group of community members, family members, organizations, teachers, and students who advocate for LGBTQ+ affirming policies and practices in Boulder Valley School District (BVSD). Works to make schools safe and welcoming for LGBTQ+ students, parents, and staff.
