Twerk with Lala: Salt Shaker & Throwback 101

Join local twerk technician LalaLuscious for a high-energy twerk class at 1060 Broadway, Somerville, MA. The session will cover fundamentals of twerk and include a fun choreography. Participants should wear loose or very stretchy bottoms (no compression leggings/shorts) and bring knee pads, yoga mat, towel, and water. No prior experience is required.
