A monthly support group for trans extsuperscript* feminine individuals, focusing on sharing daily experiences, reducing stress through playful activities, and building resilience. The group employs psychodrama techniques, role reversal, group games, and playback theatre to explore coping strategies and foster a safe, inclusive space. The next meeting is scheduled for May 8, 2026, at 18:00, with subsequent meetings on the first Friday of each month. Facilitators include Kara, a certified psychodrama practitioner, and Leila, a community-oriented trans woman. The group is open to all trans extsuperscript* feminine persons, regardless of background or characteristics, and is intended as a complement to psychotherapy.
