The Buddy Program Meetup is an inclusive event focused on fostering meaningful connections within the LGBTQIA+ community. This month's theme is 'Conversational Cruising,' an guided evening exploring the somatic logic of cruising—presence, subtlety, desire, and a touch of risk—translated into honest conversations about what shapes queer community today. Participants will engage in warm-up exercises, structured meet-and-greet rounds, and have opportunities for relaxed socializing with drinks and snacks. The event aims to create a safe space for queer friendship and mutual support beyond nightlife and club culture. Led by J.L. McKain, a choreographer and performer based in Berlin, the event emphasizes authentic connection, community building, and creative expression.
