Pick up a book in your hands at ATX QUEER BOOK FAIR 📖🤓💖 Announcing the authors who will read at the Austin Queer Book Fair at Cheer Up Charlies on Sunday, April 26! ✨ Jay Byrd, Sarah Cypher, K. A. Holt, Ramona Reeves, Jules Wernersbach. Also excited to announce that thelittlegayshop is joining us with a fun DIY tote bag station! Join us and BookWoman, Birdhouse Books, and Book Burrow to celebrate queer literature and its vital place on our shelves. It’s like a Scholastic Book Fair, but gay! This is a chill, hang-out style event, where you will: Browse tables of queer books and gifts curated by local indie bookstores. Sip drinks shaken and stirred by the fabulous bartenders at Austin’s queer watering hole, Cheer Up Charlies. Settle in to hear readings by trans and queer writers on the big stage. Meet fellow queer readers. Hang out and read a book. FREE to attend. Link in bio to RSVP.
