An event featuring a 45-minute sauna session at Takapuna Beach Holiday Park, followed by a beach swim at Takapuna. The sauna session is scheduled for 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM on August 2, 2026, with participants meeting at 11:45 AM at the Takapuna Beach Holiday Park. The event is facilitated by Mermascs Volunteer Leads, Michelle & Alanna, and is open to all, especially queer and gender-diverse communities. Participants are encouraged to pay on the day and to listen to their bodies during the activity.
