About this event
A 45-minute class combining resistance training and circuits using dumbbells, medicine balls, and other weighted tools. Participants rotate through stations, performing exercises with options for modifications and accessibility. The class fosters a supportive environment led by experienced queer instructors, aiming to build strength, resilience, and confidence. It takes place every second Sunday at 9:00 AM at The Y City, with community connection and post-class coffee.
