About this event
A 45-minute class combining resistance training and circuits using dumbbells, medicine balls, and other weighted tools. Participants move through stations in a circuit, with options for modifications and accessibility. The class fosters a supportive, affirming environment led by queer instructors, encouraging strength, resilience, and confidence. It includes post-class community connection over coffee. The event occurs every second Sunday at 09:00 at The Y City in Auckland, with free parking available.
