Game Design Studio: Habitat Explorers

About this event

Join MODA for a virtual studio where students aged 10-13 will create a small game habitat using Scratch. Participants will learn to design interactive games that explore natural environments such as forests, reefs, wetlands, or deserts. They will develop characters, environmental features, and use block-based coding to enable players to explore or protect habitats. The program emphasizes creativity, coding fundamentals, ecological awareness, and collaborative feedback. The event is held online via Zoom, with participants receiving a link prior to the session.
