Join us at MODA for an evening with Suzi Sheffield, founder of Beautiful Briny Sea, for a salt tasting and blending workshop. The event includes a guided tasting of signature salt blends, a conversation about Suzi's journey from chef to salt maker, and hands-on instruction in pairing herbs and spices with salt. Participants will create and take home their own custom salt blend. The event coincides with MODA's current exhibition, 'Salt: A Design Story.' The session begins with exploration of the exhibit, followed by tasting at 6:15 PM, and a demonstration on salt tasting and blending. Suitable for adults interested in culinary arts and design.
