Dave Desmelik is a singer-songwriter and instrumentalist whose musical focus is on original compositions. His tunes, both old and new, are characterized by their authenticity, with no sugar coating—his songs are stark, open, and reflect the pulse of everyday life. His music serves as an evolving journal of thoughts set to melodies, prose, and instrumental performance. Born and raised just outside Atlanta, GA, Desmelik has traveled extensively and currently resides in Brevard, NC. He was an original member of Onus B. Johnson, a band based in Flagstaff, AZ, known for jamgrass and passionate songwriting. Today, Desmelik continues his musical journey as a solo artist.
