Queer Badminton Amsterdam (QBA) is a competitive and social badminton club for Amsterdam’s LGBTQI+ community and their allies . They accept players of all levels and meet for play on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the De Pijp neighborhood. The club emphasizes inclusivity, fun, and skill development in a supportive environment.

Basketball is a fun and dynamic team sport. Tijgertje in Amsterdam offers a basketball training program for the LGBTQ+ community . Sessions focus on dribbling, lay-ups, offense and defense, and conclude with practice matches. The club welcomes players of all skill levels and emphasizes inclusivity and team spirit in its trainings.

BABYGAYS Amsterdam is the city’s first queer women’s field hockey team . They train weekly and play matches and tournaments, with the goal of providing an inclusive and safe environment for queer and trans women and non-binary players to enjoy their sport. The team welcomes all skill levels. BABYGAYS identify as trans- and non-binary inclusive and emphasize community, ending each year by competing in the EuroGames (Europe’s largest queer multi-sport event) .

Inclusive Combat Amsterdam is a community hub focused on empowering the LGBTQ+ community and allies through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and self-defense . It creates a safe, inclusive space for people to learn self-defense skills, build confidence, and connect with like-minded individuals. The club offers workshops and regular training in BJJ techniques and self-defense, welcoming all skill levels. Its mission emphasizes unity, strength, and empowerment for all participants.
