International Frontrunners Day - Sunday Social Run

To mark International Frontrunners Day, Adelaide Frontrunners is dedicating this Sunday's social run to IFR Day and celebrating being part of a global community that promotes inclusion, visibility, friendship and connection through running. The Sunday social run is perfect if you're looking to build up to a longer distance in a relaxed, social setting. We'll meet at littlefrancecafe (114 South Terrace, Adelaide) at 8am for a 10km run. We aim for a pace of around 5:30–5:45/km and importantly we run as a group with no one left behind. After the run we'll be returning to Little France for coffee, chats and some delicious French pastries.
